One Peak announces George Hrstic as Head of Talent, building world-class software leadership teams

The new Talent function deepens One Peak’s capabilities to add value for scale-ups across the $10–200 million ARR growth journey

London, United Kingdom - July 9th, 2024 — One Peak, a leading growth equity investment firm with $2bn in AuM, today announced the appointment of George Hrstic as its first Head of Talent. This strategic hire marks the continued expansion of the firm’s value-add platform for founders.

In this newly created role, George will spearhead the development of a comprehensive Talent function, partnering closely with One Peak’s founders to build world-class leadership teams. He will also play a key part in connecting software scale-ups to One Peak’s extensive network and value creation advisors to help accelerate their growth ambitions.

George was previously Head of Leadership Hiring at Checkout.com, where he played a key part in headcount growth from 700 to 2,000 employees within three years. Prior to Checkout.com, George led Leadership Hiring at Skyscanner and Expedia Group, where he was responsible for all Leadership Hiring in EMEA, APAC and LATAM across all functions. Before moving in-house, George worked at Spencer Stuart and Harvey Nash in their respective Technology & Digital practices.
