In this newly established role, Roni will spearhead One Peak’s fundraising and investor relations efforts, driving the firm’s continued growth and enhancing its ability to support leading software companies. His appointment underscores One Peak’s commitment to building strong partnerships with limited partners (LPs).

Roni brings a wealth of experience in fundraising and investor relations and a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives. Prior to joining One Peak, he served as Managing Director at General Atlantic, where he led the firm’s capital solutions initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and played a key role in scaling the firm’s capital base and expanding into new products. Earlier in his career, he was a member of the investment teams at General Atlantic and CI Capital Partners, and was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

Roni holds an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was recognized as a Joseph Wharton Scholar, earning dual degrees: a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A. in History from the College of Arts and Sciences.
