Overview
Emily is a Fund Financial Controller at One Peak, where she is jointly responsible for the One Peak Funds’ accounts, tax and investor reporting.
Prior to One Peak, Emily worked in the audit department at EY in London, working across financial services with extensive experience in private equity. During her time at EY, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Bath, United Kingdom, and is an ICAS Chartered Accountant.
In her free time, she enjoys running and exploring London, and when possible, travelling to different parts of the world, experiencing different cultures and cuisines.

What attracted you to One Peak?
What attracted me to One Peak was the exceptional team. The people here are dedicated and passionate, which creates an environment that’s both inspiring and motivating. Being part of a smaller, hands-on team also adds a unique level of excitement, where each person’s work has a real impact. The high standards and expertise of the team clearly resonate with both our investors and portfolio companies, and it’s this combination of talent and teamwork that makes it such a great place to work.
What’s the most exciting part of your job?
The most exciting part of my job is the variety and constant learning that comes with being part of a small team. Every day is different, and I have the chance to get involved in diverse projects across the business, which keeps things fresh and engaging. This role also comes with a lot of responsibility and the opportunity to continually improve, both personally and professionally. It’s an exciting, dynamic environment where there’s always something new to learn or a project to drive forward.
