Overview
Olivia is a Platform Associate at One Peak. Olivia was hired as an assistant to the Co-founders and Managing Partners of the firm, and during her tenure at One Peak has become more specialized within the Platform function, where she plans tentpole company events such as the annual Founders Retreat and AGM.
Prior to One Peak, Olivia was a Personal Assistant to the Senior Manager of UK and Germany operations at Servcorp, a provider of flexible workspace solutions to blue chip companies in various prestigious locations across London and Germany. During her time at Servcorp, Olivia was responsible for training new recruits to the secretarial team and was heavily involved in the successful launch of a new Servcorp location in Berlin.
In her free time, she enjoys taking her daughter to ballet, visiting the UK’s National Parks and cooking for her family and friends.

The experience of nurturing my family gives me a unique perspective on leadership, patience, and empathy – qualities that I bring into my professional relationships and career goals.
